We are extremely privileged to have the head coach of junior programs at CA River Plate coming to Melbourne . The main purpose of his visit is to review our training programs and assess the development of our players yet he will also be part of a Junior Clinic, a Coaching Seminar plus participate in the festivities at our River Plate Challenge Cup.
RPO Player Jake Barker-Daish selected for Young Socceroos!
Jake Barker-Daish started at RPFA at the age of ten and trained with us for 4 years. He was part of the all-conquering River Plate Amigos futsal representative squad, of which 4 players represented Victoria in futsal. Jake recently signed with A-League side, Gold Coast United, and he has been selected to play for the U20 Young Socceroos in the 2011 World Cup in Columbia!
George Lambadaridis - from Brugge to Brisbane Roar

Former RPO & Piranahs player, George Lambadaridis, has returned home to Australia after a year of training with Belgian top division Club Brugge and been snapped up by A-League club, Brisbane Roar. George began as a youngster under the tutelage of Head Coach of the South Eastern Piranhas, Daniel Santomil, at the age of nine. Initially for private training, Daniel played a major role in developing the technical foundations of George’s game.
